Transforming Ideas Into Impact
My Process
I review all web copy/text as well as logo vector files, links to sites, links to competitors and the market/industry/topic in general.
A first draft that shows my suggested layout, looknfeel and structure is build and shared. This is also the first time I ask for feedback.
I implement all remaining pages, based on the feedback received for the first draft. At this stage we have a complete website based on the agreed layout and looknfeel. Feedback is requested across the whole site.
At this stage and for the next 4 cycles I request and implement a series of iterations/change requests.
Site migrated to your hosting and domain account, submit site map, everything operational, SEOoptimized and ready for operation!

Questions
I need the text/copy for the website, your logo files (original, vector files such as photoshop or illustrator) and any links to sites you like the look of, to be used as references.
Yes, I can provide you hosting on my hostinger account additionally I also provide hosting management if you are using my hosting service or I can guide you through the best options for your project including where, how to purchase. I then can install and configure as part of the project.
I look at your content, your competitors and the industry in general. I then build up the first version and send you the link. From that point onwards I begin an iterative feedback based process until everyone is happy with the end result. My process usually includes 4 iteration rounds.
No but I can guide you through the best options for your project including where, how to purchase. We then can install and configure as part of the project.
No I don’t hardcode elements onto the site. I work with the best of themes, on which customization and styling is possible but not of all aspects. There are certain elements that are controlled by WordPress or the theme that I can not change. I don’t custom code functions or plugins as this would require ongoing maintenance.
On my projects I offer 4 major revisions (feedback cycles). This is to create some structure to the project. Of course if there are some minor changes and cosmetic revisions or text/image replacement change requests I don’t consider as feedback revisions. I try to be as flexible as I can.
I need the following:
1. Link to host provider (and domain provider if different)
2. Logins to hosting (and domain providers). If GoDaddy or Siteground, I would need Full Delegate Access to my email.
3. Confirmation of the domain we are migrating to.
4. Login to the current live WordPress site if one exists.
Yes I provide provide a tech support and maintenance service that covers minor changes and issue resolution. The cost is normally at $50per month or $35per month if billed annually. I also provide hosting management if you are using my hosting service.
Otherwise we can do changes at an ad hoc basis.
For any other plan, just let me know and I can come up with a service that suits you.
Yes, you can make any changes on your website’s content (texts-images). I strongly recommend that you avoid any major changes on the layout that may cause issues.
However, if you are confident with WordPress, you can watch some tutorials and make your changes.
This is also a good starting course for WordPress with Elementor
